The Carlstic Group is in search of a resourceful Digital Strategy Intern who understands digital/social platforms and formats and can synthesize data and information into useful summaries to inform strategy development. The goal of the internship program is to prepare the intern to become a Full-Time Digital Strategist at our agency to serve businesses.

✅ Paid Internship!
✅ Monthly Stipend of Ksh 10,000
✅ Full-time (45hrs/week)
✅ Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm EAT, 8am to 1pm on Saturdays
✅ Recent graduate or Final Year Student
✅ Internship is from May 2022 – Oct 2022
Day-to-day responsibilities and learning opportunities will include:
✅ Think & Act digital-first (understand digital/social platforms and formats, current and emerging behaviors) and manage the company’s social media presence
✅ Assist with research and analysis to prepare client-facing POVs, thought-leadership, and reports on client business information, industry trends, influencer content performance, social/web content performance, media coverage, and competitive set
✅ Brand Storytelling; Leverage and integrate data to Write, present, and tell cohesive stories (value proposition) in a polished, articulate, and persuasive manner
✅ Layout and implement SEO and PPC strategies (knowledge in owned and paid social, community management, managing assets, working with influencers)
